位置还不错在老城中间，四楼需要爬楼梯。离海边要走15分钟左右。配置都很齐全，空调只有一个在客厅，不过两个房间还是能感觉到凉风。唯一不足就是Wi-Fi网络太差，几乎没有。

房子很干净，并且离景区和海边很近，并且家用设施齐全，非常棒！

Great location and comfortable beds. Very responsive and pleasant host. we enjoy the apartment though we did find it did not match our expectations compared to the pictures. just needs a bit of love!

Appartement bien situé dans le Vieux-Nice, lits confortables. La communication à été facile et Léa a été très réactive quand nous avons signalé une coupure d'électricité. Nous avons pu laisser nog bagages dans l'appartement le dernier jour avant de prendre notre avion le soir, très appréciable !

There are very many positives: the location is excellent, the host is helpful and responsive, it is quiet (except for the church bells!), the beds are comfortable enough, shower is good, has air-conditioning, well stocked kitchen, and a pleasant balcony with view of the old church tower. It was acceptably clean for the most part, however the place has evidently seen a lot of traffic and is rather grubby to say the least. It needs some redecoration and maintenance. It seems like nearly everything is marked/stained/faded/broken; walls/furniture/floor/lighting/door handles. Be warned, the photos must be a few years old. Replace white with yellow and you'll get the idea. They just need to redecorate, repair and replace items together with a deep clean, then the place will be great. As such, it wouldn't be a good option for a romantic getaway, but is fine for anything else.
