顶楼公寓的装修非常现代与智能，地理位置优越，距离电车站步行距离仅为两分钟，老城和海边观景台也为步行可达。Antonie和Julie有回必应，非常热心。三五好友来尼斯找民宿的话，选这套不会错的。

Dejlig terrasse med aftensol. Meget centralt. Dejligt med 3 toiletter og 2 bad. Fint køkken, det havde dog været dejligt at der var basis ting som salt og peber og evt olie.

beautiful bright well equipped apartment which was very central the only drawbacks was 5 flights of narrow stairs and a bit of a sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. The host was very friendly and responsive

We loved our stay at Antoine’s place. Fabulous location in Old Town Nice. Close to everything. But the apartment is also quiet and serene. We loved how light-filled and airy the space was. The bathrooms were particularly large for an apartment and quite luxurious. The stairs were worth it for such a fantastic apartment!

Came here with my 5 friends for spring break and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment is very spacious, has high ceilings in the living room, big beds in every bedroom, and large bathrooms. We only stayed for 3 days, but I think we all would’ve been comfortable staying much longer because there was so much space. It was also very close to the beach, a market, and some amazing restaurants. Super cute area. However, the apartment was a bit hard to find at first (Apple Maps directions were confusing and we eventually had to get a shop owner to help us), and, like other reviews have said, the stairs up are treacherous. The apartment provided coffee which was very nice, but no oil, salt, or pepper, so if you are wanting to cook keep that in mind. Overall though, the place was beautiful, and Antoine was very friendly, gave many recommendations, and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place!
