Absolutely amazing place, the view alone is worth a stay. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. I liked the use of WhtsApp to communicate directly with the service desk for any quick questions and they were very responsive. Also, a great spot to stay for Mount Batur hiking (even better for a sunrise hike, as you’ll be back in time for the included breakfast) Food was incredible, and if you fancy something a bit more casual / authentic there is an amazing Warung 5 min walk up the road

This place is truly magical. The views are so incredible. Waking up in the morning and looking out to the lake and mountains was an incredible experience. The open air middle floor dining area was truly breathtaking. The breakfast at the upper restaurant was great. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved hanging out at the top floor heated pool and just watching the clouds roll across the valley. We got a couples massage at the spa and it was so nice. The massages and food were on the spendy side for Bali it was good but we would probably venture out to find more less expensive local food next time. We rented a scooter from the hotel one day and cruised around the villages on the lake which was a fun adventure. Overall we were so sad to leave this magical place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Our favorite stay in Bali. Well worth the trip to Kintamani to stay here! Adi manages the booking and then the hotel staff take over all communication which was seamless. The three restaurant options were fantastic and the food was incredible as well as the selection of drinks. The views are just spectacular better than the photos which might be hard to believe! The room was gorgeous and exactly as depicted. All of the staff were a delight. The heated roof top pool looking over the volcano was amazing and we had a floating breakfast one morning which was beautiful. A treasure of a location, an absolute must to book!

Das Hotel ist ganz zu empfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern klappt einwandfrei. Roller vermieten Sie auch, damit der Start gleich losgehen kann. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns nicht sehr gestört denn die arbeiten beginnen erst nach 08:00 und enden gegen 19:00 und in der Zeit dazwischen waren wir eh kaum auf dem Zimmer. Super Unterkunft!
