My wife and I stayed at Alex's apartment for 1 month April-May 2024. We really enjoyed that experience and recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Vancouver! Here are some memorable features: 1. Location: apartment is situated in the vibrant heart of the city: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus and metro stations are all in 10-minute walking distance. You can reach the city's beaches on foot within 15 minutes. 2. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintaned. The views from the balcony were stunning! The neighbours were quiet, but sometimes you could hear the sounds of the city (sirens of police cars, people shouting etc.). It did not bother us at all, but if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind. 3. The host: Alex was very thoughtful and caring. He always made sure that we were having a comfortable stay and recommended a couple of places to buy groceries at a reasonable price. 4. There are very few places in Vancouver with a such great price/quality ratio.

I had the pleasure of staying at Alex’s place for over 30 days, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to local amenities and attractions. I especially appreciated the host’s recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the area, which enhanced my experience significantly. There was also a pool. All of this downtown was quite nice to have! Communication with the Alex was seamless from check-in to check-out, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The additional touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and cozy decor, made my long stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay!

I stay at Vancouver for one month. It was a wonder trip and I enjoyed the stay a lot! The apartment is well decorated and comfortable, and it contains all the necessary facilities including laundry equipment. The surrounding is convenient for getting food, and it is quite over night.

Spent a month here with my girlfriend, loved every second of it. Great location, everything is within walking distance or short public transit ride away. Good city view from windows, especially in the evening when all buildings around light up.

Unit was perfect. Nice layout. Had everything I needed. Was very clean and organized. Even smelled good. Great location. I was able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, the ferry, and more.
