Sfortunatamente a causa di forte maltempo le strade per Akureyri sono state chiuse e non abbiamo potuto raggiungere l’alloggio. Abbiamo contattato tempestivamente l’host per informare del disguido e per capire come procedere, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto all’assistenza di AirBnb e anche loro non hanno ricevuto nessun feedback dall’host. Eravamo al corrente del fatto che non avremmo potuto richiedere un rimborso, ma abbiamo sperato fino all’ultimo di poter valutare una eventuale soluzione alternativa. La comunicazione è stata davvero pessima.

Très joli studio proche des supermarché et bien équipé. a quelques minutes du centre ville en voiture.

stayed with anna for a few nights , the apartment is as described, is quite spacious and the amenities are lovely. however was a bit dirty. the floor was not cleaned thoroughly, kitchen utensils were dirty and there was stuff in the dishwasher, many strains on furniture. overall it didn't seem like they thoroughly prepared for the next guest

A super duper cosy place with nice appliance and have washer/dryer (shared with other people ). The best thing I like is the hot tub! It is on the second floor with privacy where you can enjoy a lot. We really enjoy our time there and the view is spectacular especially during snowing period.
