The flat was ok - bit tired and small but clean and everything worked Main issue was dealing with a corporate property company. So many computer generated forms to fill in - i asked Dave for help but this was not forthcoming - said all errors were my fault. He did send a pdf - which I still couldn’t complete- eventually my daughter sorted it but it caused stress I didn’t need The company also took a £250 damage waiver - which I had never heard of. Then Dave sent an email saying any excessive consumption of electricity would be taken out of the damage waiver ! Unbelievable- not even sure if that’s legal Final straw was the veiled bribe of a £50 M &S voucher if I gave them a 5 star review! It all left a bad taste- I have been used to dealing with owners who care about your stay rather than property companies like SD who don’t

Very uncomfortable double bed, draughty windows, dreadful access road to parking space, poor quality fittings, throughout. The only good aspect is the location which is close to the centre of Ilkley. Uncovered electrical fuse box on the outside of the building. This had a mouldy growth, so had been uncovered for some time. Particularly badly fitted trim in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable settees in the living room.

Could do with a few more homely bits. Felt unwelcoming compared to some Other places I’ve used before.
