Brian’s place was beyond our expectations - absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us! Brian was gracious in allowing us to have our son’s rehearsal dinner in his home, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful evening! Priceless! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the children had a great time exploring the outdoors. Thank you Brian!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Brian's amazing home in December. Absolutely loved the house with so much character. Tastefully decorated and LOVED the multiple fireplaces. The view (overlooking the water) is amazing. Brian was very responsive to questions and super helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend a getaway in this lovely home.

We had an amazing time spending Labor Day on the Sassafras River. This house has so much charm and everything you would want in a rental. We spent most of our time there playing games on the screened-in porch and using the kayaks on the river. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.
