Alexis’s house was an excellent place to spend a peaceful weekend with family. The scenery was beautiful, sunsets over the water are stunning and the house was even nicer than the pictures. Alexis was responsive, kind and helpful. This is an amazing spot and we would definitely come back!

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a house appropriate for my 90 year old mother. Check in was easy. The house was better than I expected. it was exceptionally easy for Mom to get in and around in. She loved looking at the water from the back room. The house had every amenity imaginable. It is located convenient to restaurants and stores while offering a peaceful respite to rest and revive. Thank you for a lovely house to enjoy between attending wedding events!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in summer with my sister, her husband, their two year old and five year old, and our mother. The house felt large enough for all of us to have space. The gorgeous and comfortable sun room has priceless views of the Bay and dock and the outdoor space was perfect as well. The separate living room, bathroom, bunk beds and bedroom upstairs made it very easy for the kids to have their space, especially when they went to sleep early. The beach is literally right outside the house so you could walk down in two minutes or sit outside on the private back lawn and just enjoy the views. There is no outdoor shower but there is a hose to clean off sand before entering the house. The wifi was weak at times, but overall not an issue. This house is the absolute perfect place to stay for a family on a beach vacation.
