Helene and I communicated via text messages. It is good that I found her cell number on the airbnb website or I would have been lost. Helene was very helpful via text. However, we found no instructions in the room - so someone could be disappointed if expecting instruction sheets, menus, etc. Also, we are in good shape but well up in our 70's. The room was not conducive to any personal limitation and I saw no warning about this when making the reservation (examples, tight staircase and bathroom). Net-net, the room and communications worked out beautifully for us, but either could be an issue for someone else.

We had an amazing stay, with great amenities close by; skiing at Bromont, and the Balnea Spa (highly recommend) within minutes drive from the accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for us, as we could cook-in or bring take-out back with a great sized kitchen and refrigerator! Everything you need is supplied for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Bel endroit. Exactement comme les photos. L’hôte est hyper accommodante. L’environnement est agréable. Dont l’accès au spa. Tout est super propre!
