Great stay, the condo was in great condition, very clean and really nice. We had originally booked a two bedroom condo but just before our stay Helene informed us the bathroom in our condo was not available as the were issues and plumbers were trying to fix it. She offered us the one bedroom or booking a hotel. She was very apologetic and did everything to fix the problem and find a solution. We decided to take the one bedroom and she adjusted the price. Can’t fault how it was handled and appreciate what she did. The stay was great (a little tight but understandable) and we will book again next year as it suited all our needs. What could have been a disaster turned into a great stay.
