Good location across Uptown Mall. Spacious with good air conditioning. Ease of check-in and check-out. Katryn was proactive. She sent us the instructions a month ahead. She also reminded us we could avail the service of a cleaner the next day as we are staying over a week. Minor improvements: no small spoons for tea/coffee, no dustpan and blunt peeler. Overall, it’s comfortable and convenient. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 4) stayed for 1 whole month at Sharj and Kat’s place while having our holiday in the Philippines. Overall, I highly recommend the place based on the following: Location: 5-Star Unit was just across heaps of restaurants and Uptown Mall which had mostly (if not all) what we need. 5-10 taxi ride to High Street and SM Aura too (walking distance too but had kids). Hosts: 5-star Kat mostly managed communication from check-in to check-out. She was very responsive and friendly. Responded usually within an hour. Condition of Unit/Other: 5-star Unit was really very spacious with 2 rooms and living room with split type AC. Housekeeping can be requested from the hosts (including bed sheets and towels). Feedback: It had very basic amenities in terms of cookware and furnitures. Blinds can be upgraded and improved. Cleaning can be made better too. No laundry facility. These improvements can be made/reviewed for a better stay/experience.
