I booked this place last minute but everything went smoothly. The place is conveniently located next to the mall, supermarket, restaurants and bar. Primrose was very helpful and it was so easy to communicate with her, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of! I definitely recommend this place and next time I visit MNL again, this place is my number one choice!

Marianne's place was aesthetic, clean, and in a great location. Additionally, the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Perfect place for people who wants to be close to the mall and great dining restaurants. Room is very clean even the whole building is very clean and well maintained. Place is secure. Host is quick to respond and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Described as a 2 bedroom however the second “bedroom” is a small closet type space with a bunk bed and no air conditioning. There is a small fan but my children had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom attached had no sink. The screws were coming out of the bunk bed rails and had to hand tighten them. There was no garbage bags provided so also had to purchase separately. The unit is nice and in a great location. There is a grocery store located on the ground level however you need a membership to shop there. The other option is the mall just up the street. Overall I would stay there again if it was just me but not made for more then one or two people.

Well located and convenient. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Shame that the checkin requires so many forms and covid procedures but this is a build regulatory issue and not the hosts fault.
