The host's instructions were clear and simple, making the check-in process easy. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, providing ample space to move around. The location was prime, with Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi just across the building. Additionally, the food shop on the ground floor was massive. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at Johns place and will definitely recommend to friends and family staying in BGC. I can't wait to come back here in the future.

Easy checking in and the condo is in a great location. Access to malls, food courts, etc.

The host promptly responded to my questions, thou "by the book" with the booking process as an extra whole night/ day stay was charged for an early eve 6pm checkout. I understand in biz, the goal is to make profit whenever there's a chance but little consideration is more important to make a lasting impression :) With the unit, spacious & nice view of Mitsukoshi mall. On our first night (booked for a week) we were bothered by a strange smell coming from somewhere (can't figure out), most probably from kitchen disposer or a plumbing leak. I quickly messaged the host who promptly messaged back, although, not able to monitor as we went out of town that next day but assumed was fixed as little or no intolerable smell upon we came back. John PH's unit is an ideal place to stay. IMHO, a 'lil tweak will makes perfect i.e. booking flexibility, add coffee maker & condiments, add glass door @ bath #2, a keyless entry should be nice & finally, smelly thingy should be thoroughly check out :)

Ubicación privilegiada, excelente luz natural en el departamento, el piso del baño se inunda de agua cuando se usa la ducha. En general bien.
