Spacious, Fresh, Stylish Have a great time with family and friends as you enjoy Philippine's New York City which is BGC! This two bedroom condo unit is strategically located at the hottest place in BGC which is called the uptown area. From here, everything is within reach! From different international delicacies to Spas or even the night life. This condo unit is newly renovated, complete with all the things you need to rest and relax after you indulge with the city has got to offer. The place is situated at the 29th floor of Uptown Parksuites Tower 1. The lobby looks elegant, spacious, and safe. The swimming pool and the gym are located at the 5th floor. There are several viewing decks at the different floors of the condominium. Below the condominium is a big grocery market. Just beside the condo unit are everything from bars, to coffee shops, boba milk tea, food, malls, everything. The unit itself is mostly made customized or even imported, except those items that are bought from SM Our Home and Furniture Republic. It is a 2BR condo unit, it comes with one Queen size bed, one bunk bed, a 50 inch smart TV, another 42 inch smart TV, and a sofa bed. The dining area is design to fit four people only. The kitchen is built for light cooking (no heavy cooking please), it has an electric stove, a small rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, oven, complete dining utensils and kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer is placed near the kitchen area too. The bathroom has hot and cold water.. We provide body soap and shampoo and bidet. Tissue is not meant for the bathroom, but we have tissue near the bed area.

The unit seems newly renovated and the aircon is working well unlike the other airbnbs I stayed at. Location is really great too, anything is really just a walking distance. Though there is not balcony, the view from the bed is mesmerizing especially during the early morning and even at night. Will definitely book again!
The unit is very comfortable and complete compared to other abnbs near the area. The view from the master's bed room is very nice. Location wise, it looks like the prime area of BGC, all the shops, bars, and malls are just literally walking distance. Will come back here again for sure the next time!
We had a great stay at the apartment. It was nice and clean, and the view was stunning. The communication with Alvin and the team went great. Always responsive and helpful, and everything went smooth. The area around offers lots of malls and food options and is very safe. It was a great stay, very recommendable.
Great location in BGC. Unit has a nice view. It was clean and comfortable. Unit has a washing machine which is handy however the dryer seems to turn off after every 10mins so you have to keep an eye on it. Landers is next door and Mitsukoshi Mall is across the road with amazing food choices.
Alvin's place was exactly as pictured! The location cannot be beat and the responsiveness of Alvin and his team is top notch! If you want to visit Uptown BGC, this is the place for you. The amenities are great and easy to access, the front reception is great and again the location cannot be beat. Alvin's team is great and always answers quickly.

This place is called the New York of Metro Manila. It is smaller and has the same vibe but with more relaxing and breathable.
Everything is within reach. All kinds of cuisines, korean, chinese, japanese, indian, mexican, persian, american, etc. Coffee shops, bars, bobas. Parlor, Spa, Groceries, Convenience Stores, Hardwares. Golf course, football. Malls, Hotels, Offices.
Getting around the whole of BGC is walking. You can try booking Grab (like Uber or Lyft) if you do not want to walk 2-8 minutes to a destination. You can also try Angkas (like GoJek).
Parking is tough in BGC. But here are is our tip.
1. Landers. If you want to park ON PREMISE. But this cost ridiculously high for overnight parking. Around 2-3k php for overnight.
2. Best option is Nikkei parking. This is only one building away from Parksuites. .
3. Uptown Mall parking. This is one cross street away from Parksuites.
4. One Uptown parking. This is one cross street away from Parksuites too. Nearer to Parksuites but usually full in the afternoon.
5. Mitsukoshi also has a parking. But we rarely suggest here.
Option 2-3-4 starts at 50-60 pesos for the first three hours. Around 450 pesos for 22 hours.

I'm kinda shy, but I really want to meet new people especially foreigners.
