Four bedroom one-story units are hard to come by. We were lucky to find such a space for our family of six during the holidays. Heads up two of the bedrooms don’t have windows, so if you have someone in your group who is claustrophobic you may have an issue. The central & master bath have nice features such as granite countertops, glass shower, and a rain shower head. The auxiliary bath in the front bedroom next to the kitchen isn’t as nice but is helpful when you have 3 daughters. The living room set up was comfortable. The couch opens up for additional sleeping space. There is also a desk area set up. However it isn’t a great working space if you need an outlet. The outlets there are used for the tv & it’s components. The kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, a single induction top, hot water pot, toaster, rice cooker and the washer. Also included are dishes, cooking utensils, a pot & two pans. We cooked small items such as eggs, and canned foods. We had some difficulties finding the right cooking conditions to make nice over-easy eggs. (We didn’t use the large pan, as it looks as though others have also had a hard time cooking - the pan was black.) The cooking top & pan get hot fast, and the pan isn’t really non-stick. But after three ugly eggs, we managed to figure it out and didn’t have any troubles. The development has awesome amenities. There’s a room for billiards & ping pong, a gym, a quiet room if you need to leave your unit to work or study, a small playground area, a kiddie pool and a large swimming pool. The pools are out in the open sun, so while the water is cool it doesn’t actually get cold. The only down side to it’s location is you cannot simply walk out and hail a taxi. But with grab available it’s an insignificant issue. 7-11, Starbucks and a small pub are in the building. Watson’s Pharmacy and an awesome Japanese restaurant is across the street. A mini-stop and a bakery are in the building behind. Uptown Mall is a 3 minute walk, High Street is a 10 minute walk, and Market Market is a 15 minute walk. There’s restaurants and other small shops all within those walking distances. Our family had a wonderful stay, and would definitely love to come back.

Dolly is a superhost and her place is AMAZING! The location is superb as I attended a convention at the Grand Hyatt Manila, just a 5min walk from Park West. It has a spacious living room with a cool AC, 4 bedrooms (1 of which is a maid's room with CR), and complete amenities (toiletries, towels, alcohol, tissue, blankets, kitchen utensils). We were also able to use the pool and gym for free! The parking space is really a great addition since parking is expensive in BGC. Dolly is very responsive to my needs and requests. We will surely be back! Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay. ❤️

This was a great spot overall! We didn't realize that one room was only a storage room with no actual bed (was an air mattress on floor). Other than that, we really didn't find any issue with this Airbnb. Wifi was slightly spotty but after resetting the router it was fine. The place was clean, had laundry, and was in a great area with dining options close by and a Starbucks right on premises. Overall a great experience. Thanks!
