Phil is incredibly responsive, responded quickly to messages and addressed the minor issue with the coffee pot swiftly! He offered local recommendations and check in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. The place was immaculate. Lots of extras like nice soaps, good coffee, even chocolates on the pillows. Read the house rules fully and clearly before booking. Extra charges for any one visiting the space and hot tub use are clearly articulated and enforced. Overall, a nice stay!

perfect as a small getaway for a weekend. super responsive host, great view from the hot tub, space feels private and well-stocked. located at the edge of a neighborhood close to some beautiful fields and still close to town. recommend

Phil place is amazing for a quick and quiet getaway. If you are looking to enjoy some peaceful time away but still be in a small town this place is perfect. The space its self is very private and cozy. It is attached to his home but it’s easy to forget, I think it’s our three day stay we heard footstep once! It was extremely clean and really gives a home feeling. It’s was so great to wake up and go on walks right outside plus the Jacuzzi is a major bonus! Phil was so nice and easy to communicate with if we needed anything. I 10/10 would recommend and will for sure be back!
