It was a good stay. The neighborhood is safe and the beach is right around the corner. There is also a supermarket within a 5min drive. There were a few issues during the stay but I believe both parties communicated well and everything was handled properly. The hosts do a great job at addressing concerns when they arise and at getting it fixed within the best of their ability. As long as you bring your air mattress, I can definitely recommend it for long stay. There is no kitchen just a kitchennette but honestly you can cook pretty much anything so, get creative! Overall: 100% Recommend, it was a great stay

This studio had what we needed for our weekend getaway: a place to sleep and shower. There was only one bath towel and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. My husband and I purchased one and left it for the next guests. The sliding bathroom door is kind of hard to close. The futons are extremely hard and not ideal for long term stay. We did find a dead roach and other crumbs when pulling out the futons. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with.

A cute little studio, super close to the beach, and the hosts were very responsive. Parking could be an issue if the guests renting the main house had parked in the studios drive away by mistake. However, the hosts were good about resolving this issue. The bed is actually a futon, so pretty hard. Not ideal for a long term stay.

The only thing I would let others know is to bring a mattress pad or blow up mattress bc the pull out couches are very hard and uncomfy.
