If you like modern-style homes (think Dwell), this will be right up your alley. We loved the aesthetics of the place—and everything in this compact spot was also well considered. Form AND function! We like to go to the Cape in early spring, so we knew lots of places wouldn’t yet be open, and that was fine with us. Ptown was a quick drive north, and bayside beaches were 5 minutes by car. Amenities were just as described (random but appreciated the regular-sized hairdryer vs. a travel one), and because we eat lots of salad, they brought over a salad spinner for us to use. I can imagine just how nice it must be to use the outdoor shower and the deck furniture when it gets warmer. The delineation between the owners’ unit and the guest unit does allow for plenty of privacy. Definitely recommend this wonderful spot and hope to visit again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful off-season stay at Cass and Matt's beautifully appointed guest home. My friend and I felt welcomed and quite relaxed after our few days there! The accommodation was spectacular--spacious, clean, well equipped, lovely to look at and be in, and Cass and Matt couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I hope to return!

Absolutely loved the Airbnb stay! The architectural design and amenities were top-notch, adding a luxurious touch to the overall experience. This is our second trip staying with Cass and Matt and they did not disappoint with respect to quiet and peace.
