This beautifully updated architectural home is situated just a short walk to the stunning Great Hollow Beach on a dead end street perched above the hilltops of Truro. Fireworks in Provincetown from one of many decks! Best eateries in Truro and P-town and National Seashore beaches just 10-minutes away. You'll love this quiet and private neighborhood. This modern style home with windows everywhere provides endless views of the Truro Hills! The outdoor space at this home is phenomenal, offering a raised outdoor shower, gas grill, covered deck area, two other open deck areas, and a roof-level deck with amazing views. The first floor of this home offers a large living and kitchen area with a beautiful and bright sunken dining room. The first floor also offers a half bathroom as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor offers a lofted seating area with access to the upper decks with have amazing views as well as a master bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The ground level basement area of the home offers a third full bathroom as well as two bedrooms; the first bedroom contains 1 queen bed and the other contains two twin beds as well as a twin bunk bed (4 twins total). The basement also offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. For the 2024 season, this home has been updated with a brand new central AC system. Great Hollow Beach is just a 5 minute walk from the doorstep which makes this home perfect for conveniently enjoying a great beach day! This home and location are sure to delight and offer a perfect spot for a spectacular Cape Cod vacation! It was a nice trip
Great stay for a 3 generation family vacation. We had plenty of space and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach. Quiet, clean and private. Only downside was that all the mattresses are quite old so we all walked away sore.
The location was perfect, check-in was smooth, Del Mar was responsive, bed were comfy. Kitchen was highly functional and well stocked. The pictures were slightly misleading. The house is an unapologetic rental that just barely met the minimum standard. Light bulbs were blown, the coffee maker was broken (although they replaced it straight away), carpets were stained and a bit gross, the house was very wet/humid and stuffed with very very loud dehumidifiers and big stand-up air conditioners (with this weird plastic around the windows to create a seal), the greenery around the house was way way overgrown, and the caps to light switches were missing. Hopefully the owners/mangers see this review as constructive (and not withold my deposit as revenge) because a little love would go a long way here (i.e. lots of low-hanging fruit that would make a big difference).
Dated, with stained floors and bed covers. They should (but do not) provide: shampoo, beach towels, nor enough toilet paper. Check out time is WAY TOO EARLY! In fairness, these things were disclosed, however they don’t meet expectations, at this high price point, for a big company managing multiple properties. Also the clean up person arrived earlier than promised and had to be turned away.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortably furnished. The 7-8 minute walk to the beach was pleasant.
