Greetings. My wife and I arrived a bit late. Our first concern was taking our heavy luggage up to the second floor since we are in our seventies. As we were thinking about it, someone living on the first floor showed up miraculously and graciously offered to take our luggage up. On check out morning, she took our bags down. We later found out that she assists Shylanda in managing the property. She was polite, amiable, and helpful. At the beginning our our stay, we requested a few things, which would make our sojourn more like home. Shylanda responded to our requests with no questions asked, no arguments, and at a lightning speed. Communicating with our host was very easy and professional. Her place is very spacious, super clean, well lit and air conditioned, and cozy. We had no problems with internet connection, the stove and microwave. We had no time to explore the neighborhood because we spent the majority of our time traveling to assist our daughter who had surgery at TUFTS.

Shylanda est une excellente hôte, logement propre. Elle est toujours disponible a n'importe quel moment de la journée si vous avez des demandes. Lit confortable, appartement est l'idéale si vous souhaitez séjourner a Brockton. Un centre commercial n'est pas très loin en voiture. Un excellent parc est accessible a piedpour faire de la randonnée. Je vous remercie pour cette accueil chaleureux, je reviendrai. Et je recommande.

This is an excellent location in the Brockton area. Well located. Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. Chock full of amenities. This one is a gem. Check it out. You will not regret it.

Shylanda was very accommodating! She was an incredible host. A lot of eateries near by. She opened up my Airbnb a lot sooner due to my arrival time which was amazing of her to do.
