I stayed at Luis's place in Aldea Zama for two weeks. The place was fantastic, super fast wifi for remote work (exactly as listed), and all around a very beautiful, clean apartment with good amenities in a tranquil setting. My only feedback for Luis would be to stock the apartment with some more bare essentials for future guests (no coffee, water, or paper towels, and toilet paper running low). If you can stock the place with some more items when you clean the apartment it will be a better airbnb renting experience. Otherwise great airbnb, I will definitely stay with Luis again! What an incredible flat! My daughter and I visited Arcadia Tulum for her spring break and fell in love ❤️ with Tulum! As a world traveler, it is important to have safe, clean, quiet and accessible accommodations. Not only is the security reassuring at Carlos' flat but the location was amazing! Daily the concierge called a taxi for us and they arrived within minutes. The flat was located at the most perfect area, very close to the main streets where we were able to find the Ado Bus Station, within 6 min taxi ride; restaurants, bars, shopping all very safe! But the flat itself made us feel like we were in a villa! We had our own soaking pool, fabulous kitchen, bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Everything was so clean and spacious, very well maintained. We absolutely loved exploring the condos and were amazed at the gorgeous pool. Carlos was so responsive and checking in and out were super easy with excellent instructions. We will definitely be booking with Carlos again for our next stay
