Relax and unwind with the whole family at this peaceful cottage on the river. Beautiful water views from every room! Parking is available for 2 small cars or 1 larger vehicle, right in front of the deck. We have kayaks, bicycles and a fire pit for you to use during your stay. 2 story private riverfront cottage. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath are upstairs and the downstairs level has the living room, kitchen and half bath. Outside tucked away is a private outdoor shower. There are both upper and lower decks and water views from every room! All 3 bedrooms have smart TV’s, as well as the living room. 3 kayaks are on site and available to use and launch right from the house, and there are beach cruisers for riding around town and to the beach. There are lounge chairs as well as a fire pit area right on the dock. Don’t forget firewood!

This home is so cozy and inviting. It is on a nice quiet street right on the river. We had a wonderful time and really loved it. We were there to view the solar eclipse and the host was kind enough to provide eclipse glasses for us to use. We loved that this house is pet friendly and we were able to bring our dogs along!
Great, comfortable, homey place to stay. Kayaks were great even though it was rather cold. 10/10 would visit again :)

Our little mini vacation was what our family needed. The views from the kitchen were very relaxing. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner during our stay. The gas range was a hit for making pancakes for breakfast. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and the cutest wine glasses. The children enjoyed the choice of different sleeping arrangements. The parents got the king sized room, of course. The stairs going to the upstairs living area were a little steep for our toddler but after the first night and morning he was going up and down with no problem. The deck was very spacious and my husband enjoyed the grilling there. The fishing poles and kayaks were enjoyed as well. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
Charming cabin! Super comfy beds, nice tvs, all the amenities you could want. Would definitely stay again.

We are located right on the Vermilion River close to the marina and a short distance from downtown Vermilion and the beach. Close to wineries, Lake Erie, restaurants & local shops.
