This was our second stay at Barb's place, and it was just as delightful as the first. This cozy, charming home is very clean and has a country-cottage aesthetic that suits the older house and Eureka Springs. It's on a quiet street that's a quick walk to all of the town's restaurants and shops. For us as a couple traveling with our friend, having two bedrooms that each have their own bathroom is a real plus. And once again, our favorite part was sitting on the porch chairs and swing.

Barbs place is fantastic! Perfectly located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown… the historic house takes you back in time! It’s cozy and we felt right at home! Barb supplies so many of the essentials needed during a stay away, she is super helpful with directions, suggestions and it was a comfort knowing she was just a call away if we needed anything.

Very quaint and warm home to stay in. Loved the porch swing on the front porch. Purple Irises were just starting to come out…bet it is beautiful in full bloom. Barb was extremely responsive and personable. Would stay there again!

Stayed a few days with my adults girls and had the best time in Barb's Victorian house. She is so accommodating and had everything we needed in this sweet little house. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the front porch was awesome for relaxing with a beverage. She also had plenty of coffee and all the fixings for a nice cup of joe. The best part was her great directions on walking down this sweet little gravel pathway right to downtown Eureka. It was the perfect location. Ahead of our trip, Barb sent us multiple emails with such valuable information on the history of Eureka, the ways to travel about the city, and local attractions. It was a great trip, and this adorable house was the highlight.
