could not have asked for a better place to spend the weekend with a group of best friends. plenty of room for everyone and just a gorgeous house. so beautiful down to the smallest details. the perfect place to walk anywhere downtown. missing it already and have already talked about planning another girls trip.

We will definitely book again! The house was beautiful and in the perfect spot. We enjoyed the upper deck with the fire table to people watch. The luxury of being downtown Eureka without having to be down with all the crowd. Inside was classic and beautifully decorated, spotless and made you feel like you just came home. Everything needed is there along with some goodies to snack on. Griff has done a great job and was very responsive when we had a question.

Super convenient to downtown & restaurants. Very roomy - wifi was very good, with 3 adults and a child using various devices with it. Beautiful kitchen with filtered water from the refrigerator. Loved the private patio with the table and chairs/umbrella. Parking with the app was easy, found plenty of places under the ES "Art Wall" parking area by Mud Street using the parking app. Will almost certainly come back!

We loved our stay and it was so close to everything downtown has to offer, including walking trails right next door. The place was lovely and clean, as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is an amazing location! You really are in the center of all the good stuff. The house is great- the two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom with tub and the shower downstairs. We really enjoyed all the balconies! One thing to note is that they do not have their own Wi-Fi and the only option is connecting to the free public WiFi that is not password protected. This makes the internet very weak at times making watching tv (all smart tvs) or basic internet scrolling challenging.
