The place is very nice, peaceful and with beautiful views of the Lumot Islands and Mountains. The wifi signal is also very good! Marlon and Apple, the caretakers are very friendly and accommodating. My family had a great time❤️

We were looking for a serene place with nature vibes, and we’re glad to see Cavinti Lakehouse Peninsula. My family loved the rural charm of the place. It’s by a peaceful lake. However, it’s also near other Airbnb units so their karaoke machines could ruin the quiet ambiance. There are also insects especially at night, but they don’t bite. While I like the atmosphere there, your stay would be better on a dry day. It gets really muddy on rainy days. I’d also appreciate it more if they have extra insect nets, rags, and house slippers. The water used for bathing is sourced from the lake itself; expect discoloration and odor you may not be used to. The generator, while it provides electricity, also causes additional noise. The owner typically replies after 2-5 hours. She’s kind and easy to talk to. I advise parking your vehicles on the barangay lot, as it’s more secure and spacious than the other option.
