Forget your worries in our newly-renovated, spacious and serene space. Surrounded by the calm and evergreen Lake Lumot, K LeBrix Lakehouse is an outdoor escapade disconnecting from the city life, encouraging a deeper engagement with awe-striking nature. With the convenience of accommodations that include a comfortable 3-bedroom modern hut, tent-like tipi huts, a new swimming pool and bonfire area; you'll love the fresh air, tranquility and privacy of this getaway. Our place is big enough for some open-air bonding and water activities as its surrounded by a freshwater lake. You can swim at the lake (life vests provided), go kayaking, go fishing (bring your own fishing rods), go swimming at our new pool, play volleyball or bring your kites, sing your hearts out in our videoke, or read a book and just relax at the open-type hut at the front edge of the property or at the floating kubo. Even if we are on a remote island, we have electricity 24/7 and we have generator sets on standby in case of power interruptions. We also have a water pump and tank for the water supply. ACCOMMODATION Two of the 3-bedroom modern hut has 4-poster bed frames with king-sized beds that can  accommodate maximum of 3 persons each. Another room has a queen-sized bed good for 2 persons and a loft that can sleep maximum of 3 persons. Each room has its own toilet & bath. The bedrooms have no aircon units but is well-ventilated, furnished with electric fans and screen windows so the guests can stay and sleep  comfortably. It gets pretty cool even on summer nights at around 24-26 deg C so don't forget to bring your sweaters or jackets. The main big hut has a huge balcony overlooking the lake. Two tipi huts with foldable mattresses are also available for use that can accommodate 3 persons each. Each hut is enclosed in glass so you will have a good view of the lake and the trees outside. We also have electric fans at each hut. In between the tipi huts are 2 open-type bamboo toilet & baths. We have 2 available tents (good for 3 pax) with air beds that can also be set up for larger groups. You can also bring your own tents, as needed. PAVILION The dining area is located at the pavilion which has an 8-seater dining table inside and a 6-seater dining table at the patio where you can eat al fresco. High chairs are also available in both areas. We have a videoke with 2 microphones and inputted with updated songs that you can use for free. Behind it is the kitchen which has a 4-burner gas range, coffee maker, water heater, rice cooker, microwave oven, water dispenser and refrigerator. Basic cooking utensils, plates, forks, glasses & cups are available but just to be sure, you can bring your own. You may want to bring also tube ice. We have available styrofoam coolers for storage. Charcoal griller is also available. Just bring charcoal. A new swimming pool is now available for use with depths at 2.5ft (left side) to 4.5ft (right side). Lounging chairs are available around it. A new bonfire area has also been put up with comfortable seating in it. Egg chairs overlooking the lake and bar stools facing the pool can be found here too. If weather permits, a bonfire can be set up by the caretaker upon request. Please note that it's basically dry in Cavinti from March to May and wet during the rest of the year but it doesn't always follow even with the weather forecast. We're located at the Sierra Madre mountains and the climate changes rapidly.
