We absolutely loved this home - it actually exceeded our expectations from the pictures provided. The location is convenient for easy access to lots of things to do around the city and the home an excellent base equipped with everything you need and more!

Jeffrey was a great host. The house and location were perfect for us. Absolutely enjoyed our 4 week stay and would recommend Jeffrey’s place if you are looking to visit Dunedin.

This is a lovely, cosy (but not cramped), light-filled place located just over the ridge of the first hill from the central business district of Dunedin, with nice views of the hills and neighborhoods beyond through large windows. The host, who lives next-door, has clearly thought a lot about how to make it homey and comfortable for travelers. We enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone planning to be in the area, and hope to stay here again should we find ourselves back in Dunedin in the future.

Jeffrey’s place gives you the feeling of home, a lovely home. He is caring and came personally to see if we were nicely settled in, and was very assuring that he is just a call away if we needed anything. Check out was flexible . . . . just let him know how much time you need. This is definitely the place to be staying if you are in Dunedin . Ideal location . . . supermarket was almost ‘next door’.
