This home is a wonderful cozy lakefront cottage situated on a quiet cove on High Rock Lake. With access to the main part of HRL, private dock and views this is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway, a family trip, and quite possibly the best fishing in NC. You'll love the panoramic views you'll get from the living room, master bedroom, and breakfast nook. Outside, there are two stories of decks for entertaining, and a private dock to go fishing, swimming, or kayaking. Living Room: features comfortable couchs with enough room to seat 7. It's a great spot to lounge in front of the Roku tv gives you access to apps like Netflix and a Spectrum subscription with 50+ channels. Master Bedroom: relax in our beautiful king size bed There's nothing better than waking up in the morning, opening the curtains, and taking in the vast views of the lake. We also recently added a RokuTV on the wall. 2nd Bedroom: this room has a QUEEN size bed, a dresser and mirror in the room to keep your belongings. The owner's closet is in this room, so it is locked and inaccessible to guests. 3rd Bedroom: A twin over twin bunkbed and a twin captains bed. Thoughtfully decorated, it has a large closet and dresser. Roku tv on wall Bonus room: This room has two twin beds and one trundle bed. A deck over looking the lake. 2 Guest Bathrooms: in the main living area, this contains a tub and shower, toilet, and sink. Family Room: This room has a chair and ottoman and a couch with a hide a bed and a Roku TV on wall Kitchen: located on the top floor, the kitchen has all full size appliances. You will be on your own for groceries, but it is equipped with what you need to cook meals. If you use the last of something and feel inspired to replace it for the next guest, it is greatly appreciated. There is a regular coffee brewer (You will need to provide your own coffee) All the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare a nice meal are here for your use. There is also a kitchen island with bar seating for 2. Dining Room: a wooden farmhouse table takes up the rest of the kitchen. There is enough seating for 6 people for a memorable family meal. Along with a pub table invthe breakfast nook that seats 4. Outside: immediately outside of the back door leading out of the living room, you will step on to the upper deck with a nice lounge area with outdoor couch, chaise, and table. On the lower side, you will find the grilling area and just past that, The lower deck includes a hammock swing, sunbathing area, and plenty of outdoor seating. Below that, you will find the dock where you can fish, swim, park your boat, or use 2 of the provided kayaks.
