This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Beautifully decorated, clean, uncluttered, and the location felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Tonya left us some very nice local snacks and that was hugely appreciated when we got in late Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Owensboro!

We had a wonderful stay at Tonya's place. This was perfect for us to come and stay for the weekend as we dropped our son off at college. The location was close to everything. Tonya's was well decorated and there were so many thoughtful touches from snacks to toiletries and so much more. we definitely plan on staying there again.

Clean, modern decor. Tonya was a dream host. Even left us a welcome goodies gift in the kitchen fridge and on the counter. Book this place for yourself to find out what you get. You will not be disappointed in the location,the apartment, the pricing or of Tonya herself. We will be going back since we have family in the area.

Had a very nice stay while I was in town for a family funeral. Price was comparable to motel but gave me privacy.
