Karen's place is newly renovated and there are a lot of new items in the home (refrigerator, dishwasher, bowls) which are lovely! We stayed with our two young kids and the home perfectly suited our needs for naps, overnight, a few hours in the house a day. We were able to cook a basic meal comfortably, and in a 100+ degree heat wave weekend, we were thankful the strong AC unit in the master bedroom worked well. Although we drove everywhere, the house is a block away from downtown and there are plenty of breweries and restaurants to satisfy! Karen is still working out a few small kinks in getting set up as an Airbnb, but made great efforts to meet our needs. Thank you!

The bathroom is tight but the rest of the place is roomy enough. The place needs a thorough cleaning. We had to clean a bunch of things at the beginning of our stay.

It was a perfect comfortable home. Perfect communication and easy to check in. Super close to restaurants. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids and two grown ups). I would recommend to anyone.
