This is a beautiful property with wonderful space, great amenities, and a very helpful host. Melissa’s property is truly a gem, and a top vacation rental. My family of 5 (including three young children) had a delightful stay here. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the natural light, high ceilings, and private patio. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting the Santa Maria area.

Oh wow! So private it was like a hidden home behind a secret gate! We felt very safe and secluded in the middle of a neighborhood. Every single amenity you could need was at your fingertips. I cooked a full meal to take to my daughter because the kitchen was completely stocked with basic cooking necessary items. The beds were super comfy and everything was like new. I would highly recommend this hidden gem. Close to many attractions and we needed to be close to Vandenberg Space Force Base for our trip. I also hit up the local thrift shops and I would recommend them if you are a thrifter. We went to Solvang, Pismo Beach, and Vandenberg. Melissa responded immediately when I couldn’t local my email with the door code (my fault!) and all the instructions were clear and expectations written out. The outdoor courtyard was adorable and if we had spent any time there it would have been an excellent relaxing spot. Highly recommend this location.

great place, new, clean, within 15 min drive to best restaurants in los alamos and wineries of santa maria valley, which was our trip about.
