Ledeen place inside Azure Urban Residences is a valid unit to stay in one of the most interesting places to live you can find in Manila. Around the place, there is not much to see or to do, but inside Azure is very nice and remarkable. I have been in different places in Manila and so far Azure is the one I liked the most. The flat is in line with other units available. It is quite small but a single or a couple can fit it well. When we arrived it was not very well cleaned but only fairly well cleaned. Also che check-in did not go very well because we had to wait quite some time for the designated person to come and give us the key to access the unit. Plus, for a one-month or more stay you have to give cash 5000 PHP as a deposit for electricity, and with only 1.500 PHP included, you will use a lot or all the deposit in the end to cover the electricity bill. So, at the stated price you should add at least half if not 2/3 of the deposit to calculate the final real amount you will pay.

We stayed Dec 31, we had an amazing stay that will be part of our core memories. The room was so clean and a bit spacious. It is near the elevator so it's easy to access. It has a nice view of the city at night. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great host. Responds more like a friend than landlord, so it's a pleasure to stay here with no problems or worries. Having stayed in many different Azure rooms, this one has been our favourite.

We loved the place. It has many opportunities. Might be a problem just because it's a little far away from Manila but it's acceptable. There's was a problem in regards to the electricity bill. We expect that we can get the deposit on the same day that we are leaving but we wait in days due to some reason. But the host tried her best. We hope that she will prepare the electric bill computation in advance so it won't bothered other people's time. We are thankful to our host. It is highly recommended place to stay without hesitate.
