So the reviews are 100 percent accurate. This is by far the best host I’ve ever experienced. And his apartment was also so great for what I needed. I stayed here in the middle of a long business trip and this gave me the opportunity to feel some semblance of home by not being in a stuffy hotel room. Everything was perfect. There’s not a thing I would change. Marvin has thought of everything, even OTC medicine available. He also checked in with me in advance to see if I had any allergies, because he would adjust the air filter for my stay. Who does that? That’s amazing. Lots of snacks and plenty of water. I look forward to staying here next time I’m in town. Don’t hesitate to book any of his properties.

This spot is exactly as advertised. Our stay was great, Marvin's directions were very clear and helpful. We had no issues with checking in or out and the host was responsive whenever we contacted him. We would definitely stay here again!

We visited Florida on our honeymoon and this was absolutely our favorite place to stay! It is so cozy and comfortable! They went above and beyond to make our stay special! They had set up flowers, snacks, chocolates, rose pedals and a rose on the bed, and more to make this time special and unique for us to celebrate! I would recommend them time and time again! Absolutely a beautiful home hosted by beautiful people! Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Aside from walking us through how to check in/out, where to park, codes, reminders, etc. Marvin truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were well accommodated. Whether it was beach towels, chairs or an umbrella, the space was perfectly equipped for a fun trip. We also happened to leave something behind and he was gracious enough to send it to us, truly was such a great experience!

Marvin was wonderful! The condo was wonderful! Everything was great. He provided beach chairs and umbrella for our trips to the beach. We cannot thank him enough for the extras that he provided for our stay. WE WILL BE BACK! Bryan and Yvonne
