We had an amazing stay! Neil was so responsive, helpful and kind. The home and neighborhood is so nice and cute. All the amenities and recommendations were awesome. If I find myself back in Fort Lauderdale, I’d stay again!
This was my first airbnb stay and Neil was a great host! He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed as well as making sure we had a smooth check in and check out. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the house was as pictured inside and out. My friends and I had a great time here!
Neil is a wonderful host! upon arrival, everything was spotless and the place looked exactly like the pictures. Neil was responsive, friendly, and was ready to give recommendations right after we booked. the town does have a strict noise ordinance so we did have to be mindful of that, but Neil was helpful in explaining the reasoning and understood that it was a group of girls that were excited to get away. the donut delivery on our first morning was a great touch. we loved our time here and will definitely return

The ordinance states that noise cannot be audibly heard from a 50ft distance of the property line from 8 am to 10 pm or within 25ft 10 pm to 8 am.
Even though quiet hours begin at 10 pm, there is an on going noise ordinance in effect all day while visiting the city of Fort Lauderdale.
