The apartment has an amazing layout. The two floors and two balconies make it feel even bigger than it is. The exposed brick wall, wood beams and a lot of light especially make the bedroom area extremely nice. The location of is amazing also, just a few steps from the beautiful beach promenade and close to both train and metro, for an easy connection to Barcelona. Great restaurtants and cafes are also in walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment doesn’t live up 100% to the amazing potential it has. You have all the furniture and kitchen equipment that’s needed, but most of it could use an upgrade in quality to make the place feel cozier - also, the apartment could need a deep clean, there was a strong smell for the sink of the shower. That being said, Marc was super responsive and always trying to help and also made an early check-in possible without any issues. With a few minor fixes, this could easily be a 5 star accommodation.

Bon séjour chez Marc. L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Le seul hic est qu’il est difficile de se garer selon l’heure à laquelle vous arrivez. On n’hésitera pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente 😉

The space is perfect for two people. The location is not too far from Barcalona, and very accessible if you travel by Uber and public transport. The only thing we missed was some cozyness and a more comfortable indoor space. And it was a little bit noisey.
