This is my second stay here, and I’ll be back. This place is a quick walk to the beach, the terrace is beautiful, anything you need is a 5 minute walk away. 40 minutes to most things in the city, not crowded with tourists. Xu is just the best host! He responds immediately to everything. Thanks for an amazing trip back! See you soon!

Super emplacement. Terrasse top bien exposée. Cuisine bien équipée ( ce qui est rarr dans Airbnb). Gros avantage , le parking.Proximité Barcelone avec métro.

Apartment well positioned, near the metro station and very close to the beach. The nice and large terrace is the best area of the apartment. If you are planning to properly cook a meal or if you have a baby and need to blend food, the cookwear and cooking appliances are a bit limited. I asked Xu if I could have a cot bed for my son when I booked, and I was told he could provide it but...he didn't provide a mattress for it ( of course I didn't know about it, he just said I had to bring beddings for it)..so the cot bed itself was useless and I had to share the bed with a one year old...not ideal, and honestly I wouldn't have booked the apartment if I knew I didn't have a bed for him. Personally, I didn't have a great sleep on the memory foam mattress and didn't enjoy the very worn out bed linen. Overall, good location but I am sorry to say I wouldn't come back.
