非常好的民宿，第一次进入的时候我整个人都惊呆了。可以住下6个人我觉得非常宽敞暖气很足，按摩浴缸也不错作为我的第一次体验。离海边也很近，不过离巴塞罗那市区有一段距离每次uber打车来回差不多60欧元。

Joaquin's spot was perfect for our needs and would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in an outskirts but easy access to the city center. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Joaquin was a fabulous and accommodating host. Very attentive and responsive. The location is in an area that is quiet and residential and a 2 min walk from a direct connection to central Barcelona. As a group of 35-45yr old friends wanting somewhere comfortable, spacious and calm this was perfect. Would very much consider staying again in future.

Beautiful apartment. It’s close to train station, beach, local shops and cafes. 20-30 mins on R1 train and you are in the heart of Barcelona. Excellent train network, we went to PortAventura by train (with 1change) under 2hours. The last train is earlier than hoped but night buses are an option. We had a couple of small issues with the hot tub but Joaquin was quick to help. As a family we had planned to eat at the apartment more but found that some kitchen utensils were lacking - food prep knives, different cutting boards, oven gloves, and perhaps a bbq and paella pan; also oil, some basic food items. An ‘instruction manual’ for different equipment (cooker, hob, microwave, outdoor lighting, terrace roof etc) and some hints and tips about places to visit, eat, transport, beaches, etc would be good (with leaflets for places of interest). It is a fabulous place, we would definitely return but as part of a driving trip, exploring further along the coastline.
