This was my second time staying here. I have family nearby so this is a great option allowing me to work during the day and spend time with family in the evenings.
We always enjoy our stay at Brooke’s house!! Great location, spacious house with a nice patio, yard and parking! Hope to visit again next year!!!
Brooke is an amazing host! I’m from Newberry and travel back home often with my family. Hollis’ Haven is our go-to when we head into town. The house is always clean and fresh, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Newberry College is a quick walk away, and downtown is also walkable (or a quick 2-minute drive). The house also has a nice yard and back deck that we enjoy when we visit. You can’t find a better house for a small family/group in Newberry, and Brooke’s level of hospitality is top-notch!

Brooke + Jesse have spent the last 5 years doing a little planning and a lot of dreaming about expanding in the real estate market. Jesse already a full time project manager and part time realtor always entertains Brooke’s ideas of what this would look like for the two of them and their family. Brooke works in the insurance industry while also raising a three year old but always has aspirations to do more. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase and share a little bit of their new property with others there was no hesitation. This first property is a fun hobby that’s hopefully profitable because let’s be honest not many hobbies make you money, instead they’re the exact opposite— golfing, shopping, playing music, and traveling are only a few of Brooke + Jesse’s hobbies. They look forward to everyone taking part in their newest hobby as they renovate and rent their brick bungalow.
