One of my expensive Item was lost, and when I went to take it, the Guy at the Reception directly denied it, he also got into an argument with me , in 2-3 minutes one another staff came who accepted that My Item was kept somewhere in storage. I would’ve lost the Item if I hadn’t gone there myself. It was irresponsible of the guy at Reception to not check properly when a guest has requested and directly come to a conclusion and also argue without checking.

The location of the place is too inside, the MANAGER is a rude fellow who hardly corporates… they would hardly understand ur situation and would be extremely stuck up… Room doesn’t have washing machine, tv has no apps… Bathroom was choking… Overall a very bad experience… would never recommend anyone here.

FABULOUS FACILITY. I stayed here for 1 night. The apartments are same as shown in photos. They were clean and spacious. The facilities were upto the mark. The staff was friendly and the host always reaponded to any of the requirements. Their restaurant serves finger licking food. All zomato/swiggy/blinkit are available. You can find an easy cab on Uber/Ola. Overall great experience.

Place is nice and clean but its extremely mismanaged. The owners are helpful and are prompt with replies but they arent at the location and the staff at the location are really unhelpful. We had an issue with invoicing, and getting our rooms cleaned. Getting food on time was an issue as well. The staff is unprofessional. Rest the place is clean and has basic amenities.
