I booked the cozy private guest room and the room and amenities were exactly as same as described. Mayur is indeed a super host :) he was incredibly accommodating ensuring all of our needs were met during the stay. I would recommend the place !

I , with my family, stayed at Mayur's place for a week, during the time I moved to Pune. Mayur was very helpful, friendly and quite accomodating since the beginning. We had no problem in staying at his apartment. All the facilites , like kitchen and common space sharing, helped us a lot for the long-stay. Mayur was available at any time of the day. The location is at a prime position, all kind of transport is easily available. I recommend everyone to consider his apartment when in Pune.
