Great condo near lake Conroe! The home was very clean, easy to get to and comfortable. Great location and beautiful lake view from the balcony. The host delivered great communication with clear instructions throughout the entire process. Only thing I would note on is that the twin bunk beds on the first floor were a bit shorter than I expected but would still be great for kids. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future!

The condo was clean, easy to get to, and comfortable. Access was easy. There were a few stairs, if you have an older person that may be a problem.

Francesca’s place was extremely nice, right on the lake, peaceful, safe place. The apartment in extremely clean and confortable. Highly recommend. I we will pick for sure this place for next stay. The swimming pool is super good with separated areas for adults i was in a family trip with my kids and we all were super happy with place. Close to many restaurants but if you bring everything you need you will not go out. You have there the lake and swimming pool. Pictures di not make justice

Very nice place. Host had great communication making check in and out super easy. Came in for a wedding so did not partake in the many amenities of April Sound. But they looked nice. Great view of the lake.
