This two bedroom condo is located at Sweetwater at Lake Conroe which is deep in the heart of the Lone Star State, and a classic in leisure living. Nestled in a lush forest of magnolia and pine, this resort is in the luxurious community of April Sound. Enjoy incomparable golf, tennis, swimming, water skiing, fishing and sailing. There are 27 holes of golf on-site with several additional courses in the area. At Lake Conroe, is a nearby marina offering waterskiing and other water sports. Two- bedroom units feature a King size bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The unit includes a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. The unit is equipped with a TV, A/C and a washer and dryer.

The place is next to a nice country club and golf course. The neighborhood is beautiful and that area on the lake very pretty. The amenities were accommodating. The balcony looked out on the lake and was nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed our stay
Gorgeous friendly and safe. It was very safe I visited with a couple of officers who don’t usually relax due to their line of work. They felt safe enough in that community that they both slept well at night with naps throughout the day. They usually don’t sleep thorough the night.
