Honest review. Lovely host, very friendly and excellent communication, great check in with key box. The downstairs annex is out of bounds due to house renovations so we were offered a full refund or choice of upstairs 3 bedrooms. As it was last minute and all nearby hotels full we accepted a room upstairs as just needed a room for the night, advised these rooms were perfect and looked fine on the photos. These rooms in my honest opinion are not fit to stay in and so pleased we were staying without the children. Bathroom NOT clean, no hand soap, shower filthy. Blinds in room all broken, bed mattress thin and can feel all the springs, no pillows just rolled up blankets. Unfortunately wont be stayed again, hopefully the annex when finished will be much more cleaner than the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom.

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Thanks Yasmin for everything. Cheers 🍻
