You'll love this tropical paradise. Best pool house in Ormond-By-The-Sea with a secluded back yard including an inground pool. Beautiful tropical gardens surround the pool with a jasmine covered pergola just off the screened porch. Gorgeous paver pool deck, Astroturf lawn, and stone scaping. 3 large bedrooms await you inside, 1 bathroom, laundry room, 3 min walk to the Halifax river and 5 min to beach. Live the Florida lifestyle in a private beach area with wonderful bars and restaurants Super cute beach villa with nice sized bedrooms, comfy beds, nice kitchen, cozy living room, dining area and back porch for enjoying the evening. 1 king bedroom, and the other 2 rooms each have queen beds. Pool is not heated nor is the spill over spa. There is a gas grill on property. We also have an outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand after returning from the beach. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Just walk to the end of the street.

Great place to stay, it worked perfectly for what we needed, close to the beach, and the private fenced in pool area was great for when it's a little too windy or chilly to go down to the beach!!
We really enjoyed our stay in Ormond Beach! The location was excellent! close to the beach, to Daytona, and a short drive to lots of other attractions! Place is a tad outdated, but was clean and had all the basics you could need. We will definitely be back to Ormond Beach!

Stayed Memorial Day 2023 with small children and the beach was a bit of a walk with them. No beach wagon or chairs at home as stated. Bathroom needs deep cleaning. Learned that pool's Hot tub only operated during fall/winter. Walking area around pool was tough on feet. Outdoor furniture is rickety and fell apart. All boogie boards were broken. Donna was very responsive however when we had a plumbing problem in the kitchen and assisted when we needed the a/c cooler. No dishwasher in the home. Living room couch/rattan chairs old & not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Living room rug worn and very dirty as were bathroom throw rugs. Home really needs to be updated for price paid to stay there. Owner did allow us to bring a dog. Paid a 200.00 pet fee for four day stay.

Ormond Beach is very quaint with some great dining options! We think everyone should try Lenny's. It authentic Italian and super close to the house. Best pizza around. There is a Publix grocery store very close and other retail shopping. Daytona is a short drive down A1A to the Boardwalk or head north and visit St Augustine in less than an hour
