Abby and Matt were super nice and friendly. Worked with my check in time and allowed me to come in early. The location is great, safe, and easy to get around. Would stay again at theirs if I’m ever in town again l!

Overall review: We gave Abbey’s place an average review of 4 stars: 3 stars for the hosts and 5 stars for location. Hosts and problem: Abbey was out of town when we stayed at her place, so Matthew was in charge. Our main issues involved behavior and communication. Constructive criticism: I highly recommend for Abbey to update her Airbnb profile with detailed descriptions and instructions (ideally with Matt’s input). My other suggestion is to make check-in easier for guests and for Matt. It may help avoid suffering for both parties if plans change suddenly. Location: The room has basic amenities and a private bath. Abbey’s place is clean and well-decorated. DUMBO is a cool, centrally-located neighborhood.

Wonderful hosts! Ideal location right in the HEART of Dumbo. Abbey provided wonderful local recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and thrifty local finds. She provided lovely touches that you cannot get in a hotel such as a bedside mint-infused water! The home was full of light and extremely clean. Highly recommend!!
