Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 3 nuits chez Hélène. Elle nous a offert une chambre plus grande et elle a accepté que l’on reste plus tard pour garder nos valises en attendant notre départ en soirée. Les instructions étaient claires, la gare à moins de 10 min à pied, plusieurs attractions à distance de marche, mais surtout, un logement très propre.

Clean, comfortable and close to the train station. Hélène was a great host and very responsive, and Carolina was extremely friendly and accomodating when we checked in. Kitchen has all the amenities you could need. The area is a bit quiet, however as the station is near by it is easy to get to the main city centre.

Helene was an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The room was as described and clean. Good linen and towels provided. It was hot the week we stayed 30+ degrees and there is no air-conditioning, but this weather is rare and I think usually air conditioning is not required. There was a fan in the room which was great. We were able to do washing and the shared kitchen is good because you have your own designated shelf space in the cupboard, fridge and freezer. It was good value fot Brussels. We caught the metro and rode scooters into the city centre. The location was convenient for us, 5 minutes from midi station, because we were doing day trips to Bruges and Ghent by train. However, it did not feel like a safe neighbourhood. We didn't have any problems but we were not out late or alone. Also there is some construction going on so some noise but not during sleeping hours. Overall, good value for money, clean and convenient if you are travelling from midi station

Nicely renovated private room close to gare du midi. The bed was super comfy and everything was super clean. Helene was an excellent host, I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Brussels 😊
