The communications with our Host were very friendly and responsive in advance of our stay, which is why I am disappointed to have to write a less than 5 star review for our stay at Global Luxury Suites. When my husband arrived to check in at 4p, the room was not ready. In fact, he waited about 2 hours before he was able to access the listing. The cleaning crew had arrived late and due to the damage caused by the previous guest, had to steam clean carpets and repaint the condo. While I appreciate that the host worked hard to return the listing to its expected condition, the communications were lacking as the host was on their day off and the front desk concierge was extremely unhelpful. When we did check into the listing after our long delay, the carpets were wet and you had to be careful what to touch with the wet paint everywhere. After a long day of travel, this was not an ideal start to our visit. Photos were not representative of the condo we stayed in, but location was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. First and foremost, the accommodation was modern, clean and welcoming. The apartment was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and furnished nicely. The attention to detail was evident, bedding was comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host's hospitality was outstanding. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome to the helpful parking tips, their thoughtfulness and genuine care for their guests were evident throughout my stay. The location was also a major highlight. Situated in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, I had easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It allowed me to explore the city effortless.
