Our stay could not have been better. The place was clean, quit with plenty of space. I was there with my kids and a few guest who would come for the day and loved it. I have been going to LBI all my life and have rented many homes large and small always either beachfront or a few homes from the beach with and without swimming pools and this home was amongst the best in terms of location and coziness. I highly recommend this beach house. I will likely go back next summer.

This house is so lovely! It is located on the quieter side of LBI, and since we picked a time early in the season it was very peaceful, but just a short drive to restaurants and stores, and anything we wanted. The walkway to the beach at the end of the block is very pretty with a boardwalk through the trees. The surrounding area is very walkable, and just a couple of blocks from the bay as well. The home had everything we could possibly need (with the exception of towels and linens, commonly BYO in rentals anyway) with a well stocked kitchen, fridge with icemaker, garbage disposal, plenty of chairs, fans and A/C in each room, games, books, lots of blankets and pillows, laundry baskets and beach chairs. It is a very comfortable and spacious home, and you could see sunrise on the beach and sunset on the bay from the upper decks. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my mother, two daughters, and niece and nephew (late teens to 20 yrs old), and hope to return in the years to come!

Our stay was great. The house is in a great location, 4 houses from the beach entrance. The house was clean, updated and spacious. The communication with Douglas was great.

Great stay. Lots of room and the place was exceptionally clean. Good location especially if you like quiet. Doug was a great host.
