Amazing place for a family gathering , spacious and fully renovated . Just make sure to take enough water

The cottage was so beautiful and renovated. However the water is not usable due to small and its not safe to drink. The cottage was super dirty there were dead bugs all around, su much dust, and he wrote that he provided the extra blanket and pillows but only bed sheets were available. No kettle, no pots and pan, no coffee machine. We find a lots of filthy socks, napkins,stain of the juice underneath the sofa. His BBQ was awful we couldn’t spend more than 2 minutes in the balcony due to the smell of oil in bbq. His back yard doesn’t have privacy. We rent this cottage because it was only 1/5 hour away and the main reason was hot tub but he didn’t mention that it was boroken. We arrived and then we find out that we can’t use it. After a week he sent a picture of tine hint in the wall which was apparently behind the sofa and we didn’t know about.he asked us $150 fee which is super funny Not recommended at all.

Ghanim’s place was amazing! It accommodates lots of people and has lots of space. The activities in the basement were an awesome bonus. Only downside was the water smell coming from the sinks and taps. We brought water bottles with us in preparation for that smell. Also, when we went, the hot tub was not working so that was a bummer. Beautiful ice cream shop 15 mins away. Beaches that are also 15 mins away! Responsive host that was very friendly and accommodating with my family.

Place was very nice and modern. Ghanim was a great and friendly host. The water had a little smell to it.
