You can expect a clean, well-equipped space as well as responsive communication from us! This newly renovated home was built in 1908. Rich, dark hardwood floors are complemented by soothing gray walls and white craftsman details. The modern furnishings are sophisticated and comfy. Enjoy the modern conveniences like central heating, air conditioning, new plumbing and electrical, and new appliances. Expect some common quarks of old homes like squeaky floors. Had I known I would still be in KC, I would've booked this place for a FOURTH month in a row. No complaints whatsoever. Nice, clean, high-end finishes and furnishings. Beautiful hardwood floors, exquisite area rugs! Clean washing machine and dryer! Everything supplied was plentiful!
We really enjoyed staying at Melissa‘s place. This was a staycation for us in Kansas City with my sons. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the plaza. Just a short walk over. And, the house was just the right size for us and in a cute area.
Melissa is a responsive and helpful host with a lovely, well designed home. Everything is chosen with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here.

The beautiful West Plaza neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, quaint architecture, and family-friendly vibe. Lovely Woodside Park is just a couple of blocks away. You’ll be a short walk from the Country Club Plaza historic shopping district with restaurants and shops to suit the whole clan.
The airbnb assigned category 'golfing' is not correct. The property is not on or directly adjacent to a golf course.
The area is very walkable with oodles of activities within a 10-minute walk. The central location means it’s easy to Uber or hop on an e-scooter. By car, you’ll get to the Crossroads, the Kauffman Center, and the Power & Light district in 15 minutes. Drive 20 minutes to the sports complex to watch the Royals or the Chiefs play. Get to and from MCI in just 30 minutes.
